- The ticket with date and time slot refers to the Thames cruise.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time to allow boarding.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old.
- Electronic tickets (e-tickets) can be displayed on a mobile device; staff will scan the barcode.
London Eye + Thames Cruise:

- You will receive instructions for booking your London Eye ticket by email.
- London Eye tickets can be booked up to 90 days after your cruise date.
- The London Eye's busiest time is between 12pm and 3pm, so you may experience longer than expected waits.
