What is there to know?

The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary in case of events or celebrations in the city.
Due to the various events taking place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour may be subject to changes to its itinerary and schedule.
From 12:00 noon the day before matches until the following day, the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be open. The locker rooms and benches will remain closed.
The ticket is valid only for the date (and time) indicated on the ticket.
Wheelchair users: It is not possible to complete the entire Bernabéu tour.
There are numerous flights of stairs along the route, so it is not recommended to travel with suitcases or strollers.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. Failure to show up at the scheduled check-in time may result in the tour being forfeited.
