Classical Seville, guided tour of the cathedral
Why you should buy your ticket on Bologna Bimbi.
Highlights
Discover the majestic World Heritage-listed Seville Cathedral and the iconic Giralda with a guided tour that includes skip-the-line tickets.
Seville Cathedral is one of the largest temples in the world and a World Heritage Site. Built on the site of the old Aljama Mosque, it retains Muslim elements such as the imposing Giralda, the ancient minaret, and the Patio de los Naranjos. The cathedral was built between 1401 and 1506, after the demolition of the mosque, and became the city's principal center of Christian worship.
During the guided tour, an expert will accompany you through this monumental temple, revealing its secrets, such as the tomb of Christopher Columbus and its majestic high altar, considered the largest in the Christian world. You'll explore the cathedral's corridors, chapels, and relics, which during the Renaissance were expanded with spaces such as the Main Sacristy and the Royal Chapel.
You will also have the opportunity to climb the Giralda, Seville's most iconic monument, to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the city.
