What is there to know?
- Tips: Comfortable shoes (no heels), strollers are not allowed inside the palace. Bring headphones for the full experience.
- Limited access for people with reduced mobility

- Audio guides cannot be used inside the Monet House and in the studio, as the rooms are very narrow.
- Audio guides must be collected from our office before departure.
- We strongly advise against wearing high heels (parquet flooring in the rooms and cobblestones in the courtyard)
- Access to the building is challenging for people with reduced mobility.
- Priority access is subject to the procedures of the Palace of Versailles: the Vigipirate plan, security checks or an unexpected crowd may slow down entry.

Description
Giverny and Versailles Tour from Paris – Independent with Audio Guide
Discover two French icons in one day: Claude Monet's gardens in Giverny and the Palace of Versailles. An independent excursion from Paris, with transportation by air-conditioned coach and an audio guide on a dedicated app.
First stop: Giverny and Claude Monet's house
Depart Paris at 8:15 am . After about an hour and a half of travel, you will reach the Fondation Claude Monet, where you can explore the house, studio and gardens of Giverny at your own pace.
You discover:
- Monet's house, with the famous blue room and the bright yellow dining room decorated with Japanese prints.
- The painter's studio, now a souvenir boutique.
Monet's garden, a source of inspiration for his Impressionist works. Stroll through the Clos-Normand, cross the Japanese bridge, and admire the famous water lilies immortalized in his paintings.
Lunch break in a typical restaurant
Continue to the Moulin de Fourges (or Le Bistrot du Moulin), where you can enjoy a traditional Norman lunch.
Second stop: the Palace of Versailles
In the afternoon, you will reach the Palace of Versailles with priority entrance.
Thanks to the audio guide, you will discover:
