The above tickets are valid for any two (2) calendar days within a five (5) consecutive day period commencing and including the date selected.

What is there to know?

The 2-day Park-to-Park ticket entitles one guest to admission to both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure on the same day.
The ticket is valid for any two (2) calendar days during a five (5) consecutive day period beginning and including the date selected. The ticket will expire completely on the expiration date printed on the ticket. Any unused days will be forfeited.

The 1-Day Park-to-Park + 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket entitles one (1) guest to admission to both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks on any one (1) calendar day; and the same (1) guest to admission to Universal Epic Universe on one (1) separate calendar day. The ticket is valid for a period of five (5) consecutive days commencing and including the date selected. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on the ticket. Any unused days will be forfeited.

COLLECTION INSTRUCTIONS:

You can get digital tickets up to 3 days before your visit to Universal Orlando Resort.

Enter your Universal Orlando confirmation number (shown on your ticket)
By collecting your tickets in advance using this digital method, you'll arrive at the parks with your ticketing process already completed.

If you didn't collect your item before arrival, you can still do so on site:

locate the QR code at one of the ticket collection points near the park entrances;
Scan it with your mobile device to access the site above.

Parks, attractions or entertainment may:

close for renovations, reaching capacity, weather conditions, or special events;
change opening hours;
be changed or suspended without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal”).

Terms and conditions:

General admission includes biometric scanning. Unless otherwise noted, the above-described admission ticket specifically excludes access to separately ticketed events and venues within Universal and/or CityWalk theme parks, as well as parking and any food and merchandise discounts. Some CityWalk venues require a minimum age of 21 for admission. A valid photo ID is required. Additional restrictions may apply, and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Openings

Universal Orlando Resort park hours may vary from day to day, seasonally, and based on special events.

Here are some indicative times:

Universal Studios Florida: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Universal Islands of Adventure : 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Universal Epic Universe: opens approximately at 10:00 a.m.; closing times vary depending on the day.
