The “Parco Termale del Garda di Villa dei Cedri ” is one of the parks on Lake Garda and is a 13-hectare “ natural SPA ” immersed in rare plants and centuries-old trees where there are lakes, swimming pools with hydromassage, fountains and waterfalls, all with hot thermal water that flows from two aquifers at a depth of 200 and 160 metres.
The Park offers ideal facilities and services for the well-being of body and mind.
In the Main Lake and in the Pool the temperature of the thermal water is maintained at around 33-34 C° with pools that reach even 37-39 C°. In the Small Lake the temperature is lowered to around 29-30 C° to differentiate the bathing offer.
THERMAL WATER
The water of the "Villa dei Cedri Thermal Park" is composed of bicarbonate, calcium and magnesium with a significant presence of silicon, as well as other minerals.
It is an alkaline water with a very high pH around 7.8 therefore with anti-inflammatory effects.
The Ministry of Health has recognized the therapeutic properties of the thermal water of Villa dei Cedri for bathing and demonstrating its effectiveness, among other things, in the treatment of arthritic-rheumatic diseases, in motor rehabilitation and in dermatological conditions.

The Wellness Center is located inside the Garda Thermal Park and was created inside the old stables for horses from the late 1800s transformed into a modern center while maintaining traces of the architecture of the past. The structure has a large area for various types of massages and beauty treatments, a sauna area with the adjacent possibility of immersion in the thermal pool and relaxation areas both inside and outside in the garden reserved for guests of the Wellness Center.
